Merry Christmas 🙂
Twas Christmas Day,
All was quiet on the farm,
Not a creature was stirring,
Not even the Little Chicken Mafia in the Barn.
As my boots squished through the poop,
And with hay in my hair,
I delivered the chickens,
Their Christmas fare.
The Nasties were quiet,
as quiet as Duckies could be,
With a bowl full of Christmas grain,
I didn’t even hear a peep.
Hubby was loading
The wood in the stove,
While outside the wind blew,
It was snowy and cold.
From off in the distance,
To my eyes should appear,
A late Santa call,
With many tiny reindeer,
From out of the snow,
I heard a HO, HO, HO,
And laughter filled the air…
Merry Christmas to All
May you be blessed with Christmas Cheer.
